A native of New Orleans, Gustave Blache III completed his BFA at the School of Visual Arts in Savannah, Georgia and his MFA at the School of Visual Arts here in New York City.
Gustave Blache III had his first solo exhibition in New York at the age of 24 at Island Weiss Gallery and has also shown along side artist Edgar Degas, Mary Cassatt, Reginald Marsh, Willem de Kooning, Jasper Johns, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol and other notable artists.
